heres my theroy

he made a robo clone of Charlotte, named Charlie, because Will did it with Michael and it seemed harmless at first, but after Charlie showed some "malfunctions" in her personality, Henry set her up to die, then said it was the real Charlottes body and faked her death, then burned her alive because burning her along with everyone else would kill William Afton, and send him to Hell to pay for his actions

and Charlotte was with everyone else, so she burned anyways
