Really great game!

When multijump get's used in a game I usually worry that the game will become way too easy but you did a terrific job balancing this with great level design.

The music choice really fit well and got me immersed in the game, I also really liked the funny sound effects.

Everything came together really well visually as well, I loved the blend of HD and pixel art, and the shaders that made the world become increasingly chaotic felt "just right" in a way I can't describe.

I've seen this has already been mentioned but I did get lost a couple times and it took me a minute to find the path to progress.

At one point I did hit a bug where the red clouds didn't make me despawn and the r key would no longer reset the game, but resetting the game from the menu did fix it.

Overall really great game and an incredible feat for a solo dev in a week. I look forward to seeing your other creations ;)

Hi, thank you so much for your very kind feedback ! I was very happy to read your message :D

I wanted to do something that didn't trigger the "meh, another platformer, not very interesting" feeling hence the jump mechanic + narration.  I'm very happy if it worked at least a bit.

People did mention getting lost / unfair deaths, and I'm planning to work on this and publish an updated and fixed version of the game. So if other advice/ideas come to your mind feel free to suggest them. I take this as an opportunity to learn and make progress. I started jams this Summer and it helps me a lot to improve my skills. I want to do this as a job so I'm working hard to improve, so criticism meant to help me progress is always welcome.

No-one else told me about the red particles (= death-zone) not triggering. Do you remember where that was approximately ? I'd like to fix it ! (But if you don't remember don't take another 15mins to find-out, I'll do it !)

Of course it was my pleasure, I really enjoyed it. I honestly don't have that much more feedback and for the most part felt like a really smooth game, but I'll keep that in mind going forward:) The bug I found was in the first 5-10 minutes of the game when you are moving downward before you meet no-one, It's also possible that it was just my browser running the game incorrectly.

Thanks, I'm adding the "check-particles around No-One in lvl 1" thing to my list !

Thank you for the encouragement too, it helps me to stay motivated and learn more :p And it's very pleasant to read.
