how do I get past the first beast tide, I am trying to increase the rate at which my qi cultivates but it seems it does nothing. I have done like 50 incarnations stuck at the beast tide. Please hel

need some martial will. like try to do those areas in the wildbrook or how its called -the first village explore areas, just to get items, dunno or even max em out (start from the hardest you can handle w/o interruptions), so again once you have martial will (100-200? maybe more maybe less dunno) you train body to cap (whatever is it, 200ish) and then train qi - think absolute minimum is 7, but if your will is low you might need more qi.
