A standard c64 second fire makes you jump!
Ive solved the issue on the c64u - the USB mouse i had connected was using the extra paddle/joystick input lines - shared.
Problem solved.
I can post a video of your great game working with fire 1 for fire and fire 2 for jump if you like! Its brilliant.
