For the ultimate vintage experience we need a tape version pleeeeease :-)
It loads the levels from disk but I suppose it could load one level at a time, then require you to rewind if you lose all your lives...
That's how it used to work on many multi load games. Rewind the tape to side B to return to the main menu.
