On safari , the upgrade button change colour while the required ressources are harvested ( when the windows is already open ) but the level up button stay un clickable. I had to close open again
Unfortunately that's an issue I ran out of time to fix within the game jam time frame. Thank you for letting me know, I appreciate you giving the game a try!
