I mean, what a polished and charming game. The point and click puzzle solving felt very nostalgic and the logic was easy to follow (for the most part), the representation of different forms of giving up in the face of despair felt extremely relevant, and the aesthetics were enough to soften its haunted atmosphere. Unfortunately I didn’t get to play to the end as I couldn’t figure out what the third piece of proof would be after the dead plant and the tree husks (and time is rapidly running out on the rating period), but I can see why this game has been popular this jam. Also, I just really like the sound design of characters talking — for some reason it brought Okami to mind.
