Hyao sometimes adds them before they get used. like Orgram has had one ever since his original sprite was added but it's not been used in game yet lol. (you can find it on Hyao's twitter if I remember correctly!)
Got it. I'm sad he hasn't gotten a scene yet since practically every Northcrest character has one now.
