Wow. I just played through your game and I loved it! It was very satifying to pick stuff up and moved around. My two biggest suggestion for improvement would be letting players pick up stuff even if there are items on top (which seems difficult to implement so I get why it was left out) and fixing the offset on the mouse. The normal mouse clicks on the top left but your custom game mouse seems to click what I think to be center? It makes picking the small items like books harder but I could zoom in so it wasn't much of a bother. I think the game ran really smooth and I loved the extra details. All the little dialogue when picking certain items up were entertaining and funny. I see a lot of love was put into it. The game art was really cute and cozy-feeling and I especially liked the addition of watering plants. I was surprised to see how varied some of the tasks are. I like seeing the tasks get checked off and it was very satifying. The game got a lot better once I realized I could use the mouse wheel to rotate crooked objects. I don't think that was listed in the controls or at least I didn't see it at a quick glance. I'm amazed you got so much done in such little time! <3 I would post pictures of my decorated rooms but I reached the ending and didn't realize I could not go back to take the photos but thank you for the game!

Oh heck you're right, I forgot to add rotating! It's in the description now, thank you!

Blocking the player from moving objects with other objects on top was an early design decision to make sure the player would really have to dig through the objects, instead of just moving big ticket items. But it does make rearranging things later in the process a bit more tedious than is maybe necessary.

Thank you for playing and for your detailed feedback!
