Are you talking about one of the different ending for v0.14 with Leng/Wilona? That specific route's ending for her/choice isn't NTR, since the MC never has any interest in Wilona/doesn't consider her a romance option for that route (You can even kill Wilona personally if you want, since that's how little the MC cares for her).
That route's ending for act 2, it's more along the lines of helping Leng get his revenge against the woman who tortured him/and since the MC doesn't have any interest in Wilona what so ever in that route, he rescues Leng/helps him deal with Wilona/before going back for his wedding ceremony.
Though I am adding another route/4th ending for Wilona, for people who really want to enslave her too in v0.14.1, if that's something you're more interested in.
