Are you on android? If it's freezing on android like that, it's probably your device's memory maxing out during that scene. You'll have to make sure as much memory is free.
It is. Usually I try proof reading after, but since I have other parts of the game I need to do, I tend to move onto them. If there's anything really wrong/inconsistent, usually someone will DM it and I'll add it to grammar fixes for the next update.
I've received quite a few to translate it into different languages. However, as of right now, my goal is to simply finish the English version first. Mainly because dialogue/story questlines might change as development goes on, which will result in having to then change the translations. Plus, working on just one language first is easier/less time consuming.
After I've finished the game completely and I have time, I might look more into it then.
Where you are right now is mainly focused on Violet, since she's usually the last girl to get her content finished due to it being at nighttime. However, once you finish that part of Violet's content, you'll reach the half way point for act 2 and more quests for all the girls will continue/open up.
If you come back in a year time, then definitely start over. Old saves dont work with new updates anyway, but I've been slowly updating older scenes too.
V0.13 ends with Cecilia/Violet content and them moving into your home. If you have no more quest in the quest log, then that usually means you've done everything for this update

As for Alice, you have the option to either enslave or marry her in v0.14, depending on how you train her. The changelogs for v0.14 is on my patreon if you're interested and go over Alice's romance/ everything in that update.
And as for the two girls at the guild, Ava and Milly, I'll probably include them in the harem, but they won't get as much content like the other side characters.

When you say you've done other quests, do you mean you finished Jasmine's and Lenyas? Because you need to finish both their story lines completely. Once you do finish them both, you need to go to the kitchen in the morning to progress Violet's story.
