I've never personally tested it, but Joiplay only works  if  it supports whatever version of Ren'py you're trying to run on it. 

I think the version of Terrene on itch.io is running on ren'py 8.3.6, so joiplay needs to support that version. 

Also, since it's basically an emulator, it will use more of your devices ram/memory. So your device needs to be able to  handle it, or it'll most likely crash.

So, is using Joiplay effective in getting the game to work on my Android A10?

Unfortunately I don't know, since I've never used/tested it. It all depends on the developer/creator and if he's made it compatible to run ren'py games on your device
