Jasmine's story is tied to her being enslaved, so you have to. Lily and Alice can either be marry or enslaved. And the other girls are entirely optional.
Alice's story pretty much wraps up in act 2, like the other side characters. And she doesn't really have any need to kill anymore. So most of her future scenes will probably focused on romance content.
