It seems like if you are going to be doing the work over again, through rewriting the script, using new images, or probably editing and altering images you had previously taken/found.
The main thing to avoid it having assets/content that you had previously made. If you take an image you took in the past and then edit that image, though, then that's fine. Plenty of people go out and take photos or save photos that they might want to one day use in a project. (The re-use of code is also fine, people do that for projects all the time. Just yoinking things from a previous project and putting it into this new project. Or fiddling around and making things as a proof of concept.)
So, to sum it up:
If the writing is new, and if the images are new or are otherwise changed and altered in some way from how they looked before, you're good.
