I am unable to travel to the wilderness from the Harmonized Settlement, and it won't let me pick which other elemental settlements to go to from it, it just swaps between fire settlements, without even letting me pick which of those I can go to among the ones I've been to.

With the settlement part of this issue, you can use tab to go through interactable parts to select them followed by space to change em, while they can't be clicked on. The other things I've had issues with this does not help with.
