Will each enemy have their own unique capture zone for the girls? Or will there just be a single capture zone for each area and losing to any enemy type leads to it?
I'm guessing the latter since you can leave say Selena captured by Seagurlls and lose the other two to Octo-Lifeguards. Things could get real complicated otherwise.
