You're right that the weight loss medication can't currently be used on feeders, but that'll be changing in the next update (as I've moved it from the feeding submenu to activities).
Will there be an option to give more than one at a time or something? Currently not a fan of having to spend like a dozen visits getting someone down a stage unless I spam the ability to make it more effective.
