I think it takes you back to your residence, but it would be nice to choose where to go, like being able to immediately go to the High Street to pick up the medication(s).
I also think you can still administer weight loss medicine to girls when relaxing at your or their home, even at Gentle Care facility too. Though I'm not sure it works on feeder types.
