Hi Vibe. Yes, absolutely. If you go to the settings, you can choose gamepad. However, if it wasn't obvious that means we need to re-examine the UI. In the mobile and Steam release our plan was to default to gamepad if it detects one, but I'm hesitant to do it for the web version.
As a side note, if you choose gamepad, the arrow keys will work as well. For future versions we will have a dedicated page for key and gamepad bindings.
