I'm a lot more skeptical. It has been 2 years since 0.3 was released. Only an actual release at this point will make think this project is not dead.
There has been a few "picture updates" and multiple threads promising a release "in the next month."
I am nnot some doomsayer that claims projects are dead after 3 months; I realize that devs need time to put in the necessary work. But two years without a release is nothing short pf abandonment.
Actually, I have followed Hero's Harem Guild... I think that being updated is far more likely than this.
HHG already has a bunch of content. It has a whole town, shops, fishing, inventory and monetary system, over a dozen girls most with multiple H scenes. This(Succubus Kingdom) has (admittedly) better animation and a bunch of girls but only 4-5 H scenes total.
HHG has dev updates that explain what he is doing (in great detail) as well as before and after shots. HHG has regular updates and he does make forum comments. HHG is in a full code update of an already large project while adding content.
Succubus Kingdom has a few random pictures added occasionally. They post every now and then saying that they will have a release coming soon but no details about what they have actually done. Broken commitments in the past make all future promises hard to believe.
HHG seems far more reliable to me... even DukeNukem Forever was finally released. I expect HHG... eventually. Succubus Kingom is probably a dead horse beinng beaten.
