The comments here is the reason. We were all hooked in the first few updates. Then it was shat on in the last update. Reads like someone else created it.

Pretty sure the developer had a mental breakdown. Its unhinged from the plot and other chapters.

What a disaster update 0.4 should be removed, it decimated relationships unnecessarily. MC and friends were already in hard times struggling especially with MC parents being killed. This latest update was completely unhinged. When it was written the developer was either far too depressed or dropping acid, or both. It is bipolar from previous chapters and overtly too deep to try and be able to justify it. My god, decimating all the relationships that any other plot would be unrecoverable. Worst part is Mariams MC relationship decimation 3 times over (even corrupted by friends ffs) was the hardest to swallow. It can not recover without overhauling this last update. Heathers reintroduction and build up was utterly god awful and pointless, even the latest dev update basically said its dead, wtf. Reg MC relationship had so much potential as a comeback arc but that one was killed off again unrecoverable as well.

MC going I'll do another video to help make money should have been the end of the last update. Continuing down the mental breakdown with Mariam and then burning down the bloody building was just bad writing..

There is NO redemption arc with this plot. It is too f**king sad.

Just cannot play the VN. Flower arrangement in the middle of the head are beyond distracting..... detracts so much from everything else. If they were to the side above the ear, sure. But this is ridiculous. Oh well. moving on.

what a weird expectation. Every artist is different, go around expecting everyone to be Picasso is comical. Let alone a VN that's free.. everyone has their strengths and one in writing is a great place to be for a VN, they are a novel first a foremost.  Sit back and enjoy what it is..a god dam  great story.

If you read the news posts above by the developer, you can see the game gets an update roughly ever 7 months pending no delays. So roughly near the end of the year for another update and I am guessing it wont be done then either. Got to remember its free game and most AVN devs here on itch are solo developers. So nearly everything is slow alpha releases spanning over years. Want something complete, check out steam or GoG or Oppaiman for completed paid AVNs. Some completed paid AVNs here too, just not many.

Lesbian scenes are hot and make perfect sense in the world setting, it's explained well and fits part of the world building. My initial concern was just based around effort to ground the MC background and plot. That said I do have only one ask, please consider when creating any forced sharing/cheating narrative for love interests, that it's optional regardless of gender or at least optional for the main love interests (if it has 1 or even more main LIs). Cheating is meant to hurt, it's non-consensual after all and that is what impacts the reader.

yes, and no lol. It isn't until Chapter 2 that mc visits it again, real weird I got to say, start repairs annnd left (start would also be putting it VERY lightly, you don't find out they were started until an SMS half way through Chapter 1, easy to miss) ...

edit: oh common I just noticed the inn meme in game....bazinga. 

as for futa, yes avoidable, it has/hasnt/will they/wont they NTR as well, and it too is avoidable but like all the kinks that can be turned off (except at least 1 sexual assault scene). Turning off kinks pretty much breaks what little story there is as it seems it removes a SIGNIFICANT amount of it especially if you avoid giving permission for your LI to start a relationship with another women (she has a serious relationship with someone else which at this point can be summarized as having a far more deeper and serious relation than with MC yet MC seems to connect better? So quite punishing in that regard. But if you consider OP's post here, does it really matter? The game is very dark even more so if you take away the stepcest relationships.

I also wouldn't bet on the author updating it ( itch is what over a year since last post?). His patreon has a post about battling porn addiction. soo.......sounds like a dark place which would explain quite a lot poor guy.

considering how early release it is, the quality is amazing. So keep up the fantastic work, its appreciated and any issues from anyone, myself included, are well.. opinions and opinions are like buttholes, we all have them. You're the artist! What I noticed were really to be expected so early on. I dont think I know of any top tier AVN that didn't start out like this in fact some of my most favorite became gems like Astreon, it blew me away how much it improved over time. Yours stands out above the rest from quality alone! Keep it up! You have another patreon ♥

edit: as for the new Kyoto part I found the transition quite jarring, couldn't understand who these people were or what they had to do with the fantasy world, the mission, let alone MC beyond some mentions about sensei (sorry forgot her name). It suddenly introduced a bunch of stuff which was very hard to understand, was it time travel, was it another world or realm, what did it have to do with the mission MC and the women were just on, who are these new characters in a different time/reality. Just hard to understand which I put down to early stage content. Much like the lesbian heavy scene with red head beyond some unknown need for MC's sensei to challenge her which weirdly and very predictably was to lose a pupil?

Right now: 2.5/5. Lots of potential, wait and see.

It is not a lot currently very short but it has some serious potential and no doubt will take a long time. So maybe come back a year? or two? Going by other titles.

For now its got continuity issues. The first Tai Syla scenes was very disconnected from the main plot making it difficult to understand so skip skip skiped. Needs rework. Overall significant amount of short lesbian scenes more than anything which is weird to put so much effort into so early. Maybe build the background around the MC first before the world or just build up the MC sex scenes (only 2 worth remembering) as they are very short and lacking. Sex scenes animations overall are short, could be a lot longer mixed with static renders to extend. Take a leaf from "The Nature Of Magic" for absolute top tier sex scenes that are meaningful and earnt with LIs. (Ain Elf in particular)

Renders are good quality, complex, lots of assets. 

If you know what the music is, its better than the typical over used royalty free music, maybe....

Incredible visual novel with an amazing story, love the wholesomeness. World and character building is amazing.  Relationships are meaningful. Women have depth and character, Sex is earnt, sex is tasteful. Great reveal at the end of the last chapter!

Hooked like mad. Hope to see much more!!

Absolutely amazing story and fantastic renders great amount of animations, large amount and great selection of music. All around top tier.  What stands out the most, is the story.  9/10.
