The dumpstack.txt file is crash log. Some program crashed and wrote that file. What date was that file created? It might be old.
The download sites for this game have restrictions, but every time I have tried downloading it has worked. Did you notice the mirror download site? Google drive has restriction on how many downloads can happen at the same time, Mediafire might slow down after 2 GB. It should still work, just slower.
