Thanks for playing it through!

Yes, this was a placeholder version of the dialogue panel — we just didn’t have time in the end to make a texture for it, and the recoloring somehow got forgotten before the slightly rushed submission. (Unfortunately we couldn’t work on the project on Saturday anymore.)

We’re glad you liked the story; we always like to write at least some minimal story for our game.

It’s good that it managed to convey the atmosphere somewhat.

Haha no worries I understand, UI is never the priority in a jam. I gave you 5 stars for the graphics anyway, I love your style <3

Thank you sooooo much!

The truth is, I’m still very much in the learning phase when it comes to making game sprites (and art in general), so every bit of positive feedback really means a lot to me. :)

Well at least you do learn how to make the art. It's something I want to do to but I feel very bad at it and don't know if I want to do pixel art, drawing in a software, or handdraw on paper then refine in a software (I'd love this later solution). So big applause for this, to me your graphics look minimalist but professional. (And I like minimalism)

Thanks again!

I hope you find your own artistic style too! I also experimented with many different things before I found Inkscape. (First I drew by hand, then I tried pixel art, after that I did 3D modeling in Blender, and finally I ended up with Inkscape.)
