Also a weird theory I have is that she is RB and suffered a motorcycle incident. But there's too many contradicting evidence on that theory. But I thought it'd be fun. I feel like MC is very trapped in her life? Makes sense she'd seek motorcycling out as a way of release. What if the night shift help fund her attend motorcycle races in the day? That will make alot of "Oh you're a woman, you wouldn't know" talk funny.
Anyway as of SHIFT 3 I don't think there's any evidence supporting my wild head cannon lol.
I think you did very well here, and the analysis is very good. I would like some more action to this visual novel in future Shifts and hope the developer will add more instead of so much meaningless banter as you say one feels tired after a while from reading it all, but the developer did warn this would be a slow burn and many people seem to enjoy that.
And you are correct to say the MC seems to say just whatever she wants on her mind without thinking of how that is going to affect the other person a lot of her words do sound even toxic including some of her unsavory actions.
But I never thought of that perspective that you mention as she may be suffering from some sort of brain damage for the reason why she says the things she says or does the strange things she does.
Even though this game has things I don't like my opinion only, it also has many redeeming qualities as I am very intrigued by BB and even Amelia these are very flawed and broken characters that you feel like they may just need love that won't hurt them anymore and the developer has done a good job in revealing this including, I love the artwork and story how it's coming together and strongly feel that the developer could create masterpieces with time and practice.
