This is a great example of taking the title you're given and creating an unexpected, interesting, and gameable situation out of it. I would love to see the locations on page 4 fleshed out a bit more like the Warrior's Temple was. The threat of turning this parched basin into an archipelago provides the opportunity for a massive geological change that will (negatively? positively? both?) affect Timber Town and the surrounding area. Some factions would help sell the dangers of this potential shift. But hey, you did a lot in just four pages!
