Really enjoyed it. Easily the most success I've had with files/games for a really fun and intense experience!

I did start having a bit of an issue after I came back to it a couple days ago. If I respond to early, the high tick sound doesn't play, even if it does register as a correct answer. I saw you posted an update (presumably for the Firefox audio issue, which I do appreciate there being a fix for if so), so I assume that's when it started.

Encountered it in both Chrome and Firefox. If no one else is able to recreate that issue, it could be a Linux thing (I know the Linux audio stack has it's problems), at which point I can just deal with it. It's nothing major, just a minor thing to get used to.

I began experiencing the same audio glitch muting the high tick when I answer, in Firefox on Mac, Firefox on Windows, Safari on Mac and Edge on Windows.

Hmmm!  Yeah this was a deliberate choice to not play the high metronome tick _on top of_ the chime because I thought it sounded kind of bad to have them stacked on each other, but I may revert the change because yeah... upon further testing and reflection it seems worse not to have it.

I think it would be best to add it back in. The tick is what the program is doing, the chime is what the player is doing, and the goal is to bring the two together. If you felt they clashed (I thought they were fine), maybe try experimenting with the notes/pitches until you're satisfied they're in harmony?
