I can understand that. If you don't mind me asking, do you know of any way I can ask the creator for permission beforehand? I haven't been able to find any options on itch.io to message them privately one-on-one. Is it similar to just putting out a community post, or are there other ways I can communicate?

If the creator hasn't left an email publicly, you can write to them in the comments below one of their games. If you want to contact me, you can write to me at criacuervos at bluewin dot ch (I write it so as to prevent spam). My timezone is Europe.
