Windows refuses to run it because it thinks it is a virus
Windows thinks everything that doesn't come from the Microsoft Store is a virus. Pay no attention.
Unfortunately the program I use (Multimedia Fusion 2) has a tendency of getting false positives due to the way it handles its files; it's safe to run the program but I understand if you'd prefer not to.
