The backstory runs directly into GM advice, then into magic item description, and a header in between these or some other kind of formatting break would be super helpful.
The profile and situation with Temujin is great, as well as the rare (if not unique) take on locale that is the interior of a great beast which... I mean you did a great job it gives me the willies just reading Gills and Mouth let alone imagining myself there.
