Things pick up after the dungeon, especially if you make some bad decisions in there. Most lewd events have some requirement to it, the fastest way to progress that part is to let Sana get attacked by monsters.
The game also encourages coming back to check things out later. Later in the game, try traveling between towns to see more events.
Alright, was just curious if the image overlay in town was bugged for me. I'm playing using the JoiPlay app and haven't had many issues, so was curious if the image not changing was due to that.
Edit: figured it out. Seems the warlock side quest had the scene progression locked lol. Also having to go in and out of places, was thinking it was auto progress. But the way it's set up is good, nice work
