Ooh, the story is getting even more interesting!
I already really enjoyed the beginning (maybe a bit slow, though a good setup), but ch3&4 made me thirst for more. The writing is honestly excellent, characters wonderful, and I can't wait to learn more about the world!
If I should criticize something, it's probably that the "anonymous" player seems to be difficult to write for? Like, Rachel aside, the characters kinda have to react on the assumption that the player is the least proper whatever in a room of girls wearing nothing but underwear. It kinda forces me to see the player like that.
And I generally prefer when the player can be a part of the scenes, like on the way back at the end of ch4 would've probably been better with some graphics.
Anyways, I'm really looking forward to the next chapters!
Thanks so much, glad you've been enjoying it! That's definitely valid critique, the "anonymous" player is definitely pretty difficult to write. I tried creating a character that anyone can insert themselves into easily, but that gets harder and harder to do as the story progresses and it's too late to go back now and try and create a character for the player now as that would change the story in its entirety.
Definitely something for me to learn from for any future games I make though!
