Ahhh, what a lovely piece of art!
Just seeing Mochi standing happily in the mountains makes me happy. (Of course, the owner will probably get very worried and come looking for him afterwards!)
And the object-finding game was great because it made this beautiful watercolor world three-dimensional, allowing me to appreciate the artwork for longer.
Especially after zooming in, I was impressed that even though the art style is quite stylized, it felt so three-dimensional.
I can't wait for the next installment! I'm really rooting for you!

If I could ask for one more thing, I'd love to pet Mochi!
Also, I'd love to see a little bit of the watercolor painting process. (Sorry if that's rude.)
I love the Blackbird series and joined the Discord server because of it, and I was so moved when I saw the photos of the Ignore the Blackbird making process there!

We'll surely try to make a full game now, since everyone seems to love Mochi just as much as we do! Petting Mochi, mmm, that would be a dream. Maybe we have to make some plushi toys eventually 🙈 We do know a dog that is quite similar actually, but I'll let Ana say more about that if she wants to. She is way more private about her life than me, lol.

Thanks for the reminder about backstage footage. We've been meaning to make a time-lapse video and some photos about the art process. We'll try to do that for this game :)

I've always thought it would be nice if Mochi could be petted on the title screen or during gameplay, but it would be amazing if it actually became a plush toy and could be petted!
Mochi... Mochimochi~! ("Mochimochi" is a Japanese onomatopoeia for the happy feeling of touching something soft and squishy.)

Ooh, I didn't know that. We chose the name for it's cute sound and because we had recently eaten a soft and squishy mochi which Ana brought from Japan 😊

Petting Mochi in game is something we want to add! Would be great to play with him a bit too if possible 🤔🫠
