I enjoyed this quite a bit, the weird fantasy elements work together well. It reminds me of the year I spent running Ultraviolet Grasslands and I could see it somehow fitting in that universe. Really cool art. I had to read through it twice, but once I did, I found my imagination really running wild with the possibilities. Yes, the GM would have to be in the right mind-set and do some detail work, but this is a great world you've built. Well done!
