As for fees, small payments are indeed very annoying on the internet. While GitHub is really nice since Microsoft spends their money to cover fees, it unfortunately is not setup properly for payments, only for donations, as with payments I need to deal with local sales tax obligations and GitHub doesn't provide the proper information for that.
