This has now been added. Click the DeArrow logo in the top right of your browser and click "Channel specific settings" when you are on a video of someone's channel

If you set your profile to replace thumbnails, but set the default settings to replace nothing, it will only replace thumbnails for the channels in your list

YouTube made a change recently but Firefox is still taking their time to review version 2,3.5 which fixes this.

If you want to update right away, you can switch to the beta version. 

You can install the beta on Firefox by clicking "FirefoxSignedInstaller" on https://github.com/ajayyy/DeArrow/releases/tag/2.3.5

You'll have to disable the main version. You can copy over your setting by first going to DeArrow -> Options -> Backup/Restore and saving the settings file

DeArrow will stay a human powered community

The titles you submit on other people's videos will be visible by others, but only once you get some reputation. Before that, they won't replace titles, but will only appear in the voting menu for others to vote on. If other people vote on it, then it will appear for everyone.

I wonder if you somehow have installed the add-on twice and it's conflicting with itself

I'm not sure which graphical bugs you are referring to, but I can look into them! Page slowdowns even when thumbnails are not being replaced is something I can try looking into.

I'm not sure what you mean by "free ones", but if you are unable to pay click the button in the extension titled "I can't/don't want to pay".

At the moment, revanced has an option to use dearrow thumbnails, but not replace titles. Replacing titles is much harder so probably will not be added for a while. The browser extension does work in firefox for android though, but the mobile youtube website is kind of annoying to use.

I believe itch.io also allows buying it as a gift for someone, but that would would have more transaction fees eat away at it for each transaction, so would not be ideal.
