I really enjoyed reading through this entry. It has a strong theme, the letter is really cool and gets you into the story really fast. As others said, it would be great as a handout for players. I also laughed a few times because of the goofy details, which fit really well in an otherwise spooky adventure. The order you are presenting things is working really well and makes it easy to get into.
I would have loved the general design to be a tad more contrasted. It makes some parts of the text a bit harder to read (especially in the striped tables or the floors map).
