Super fun little adventure – very Appendix N in heart and soul. Sealing away a hydra with a blade of legends? Yea, pure fun.

As someone else wrote, I was a little unsure as to where the Blade would be found – I see a situation where the PCs scale the entire dungeon to find out they are missing the Blade, then having to track down the blade, and then do the dungeon again. Not necessarily bad design, just something that stood out to me.

Overall super fun. Love the illustrations!

thanks for the feedback, I might have made things a little too loosey-goosey in regards to finding the sword. I liked the idea of exploring the dungeon more than once and having the players know they are in a race against time. I was hoping they would use the knowledge from the first delve to feel empowered in breezing through the dungeon a second time, knowing what's coming and preparing ahead in some instances.

Not necessarily too loosey-goosey; all I really needed for it to really click was something like: “*this person* has the blade (the thief as I understand), and they are currently *here.*”.

But that’s my personal opinion. And we all have different personal opinions. So if you, deep down in your soul, really like to keep it loose – then that’s you’r truth, and that’s what you need to do. Just remember we all have different opinions, and none of us are actually ‘right’ – it’s a matter of perspective and context.
