This is a bold entry and it pays off - the graphic design brings the Plane of Fire to life and sells the Appendix-N-Ness of it all. Each page could be a player handout - the scorched wasteland looks like this.
Like all of the really great entries in this Jam, I don't have notes, I just want more. This material could fill a 16 or 32 page adventure with ease, after all statistics are brought in and illustrations added.
