I don't think Lunyx is a bad person. I think this situation got really messed up and a lot of emotions were involved from both sides.
People can react badly when they're hurt or stressed, and that doesn't automatically mean they're a terrible person. If she made mistakes, the best thing is for her to acknowledge them and make sure her fans don't harass anyone, but that doesn't erase the fact that she's still a person who can learn and improve.

It's fair to encourage someone to speak up if harassment is happening, but we also shouldn't jump to conclusions without evidence. We should judge people based on what they actually do, not what we assume they intended.
