I am assuming you use a translator page to translate. Otherwise it makes no sense that you claim to not be good with English.
So. Sounds like you are a game developer, as far as the standards on Itch go. You are just not a professional. You are a hobby dev. As most people here are. And you spice up your game with puzzles instead of just trying to tell a story. Very good. Games should have gameplay and not merely consist of pressing next.
Single word titles are tricky. "Betray" is a verb that would prompt you to do an action. It's a command. Like "Obey". But it's uncommon to use betray as a command, so as a title it might sound interesting. But also an ill fit for your story. Or not.
What it will be, is obscure. Single word titles are super hard to find. There is over 500 projects with "betray" in the title. Often in the form of betrayal or betrayed. (obey has only over 100).
Some shots in the blue about a title for your game.
"Aftermath"
"Love, Betrayal, and <insert funny out of place thing but play a minor role in the game, like chicken, cheese, basements, woodworking>"
"Basement Quest: Recovering Love"
"Love, Betray, Regert" (regret, if the game is serious. misspelled, if it's on the funny side)
