I'm not usually into solo RPG stuff but this might change my mind. What a thrilling hook, and such clever mechanics!

I've only played two solo RPGs, and they were kind of like writing a short story with a series of writing prompts that excite the imagination. It's my hope that having this internal mystery will create dramatic tension and help players inhabit the POV. I'm a little concerned that the resolution being determined by a dice roll will leave people feeling cheated instead of a story twist/reveal.
