Here's how you win.
1. Do enough prestiges to get all upgrades, you don't need any more than that. Maximize royal nurseries with the free supplies, you lose them when you prestige.
2. Get royal nurseries to max. After that only spend it on mirror swarm. Get world swarms and double them. Eventually you'll get to around a billion larvae a second.
3. Slowly upgrade honey using your exponentially increasing larvae.
4. Double hive mind a lot. Once you get this you can massively boost brood combs.
5. Prestige and use your absurd numbers of larvae to rapidly catch up. Now you can spend jelly freely.

Well you put "Get royal nurseries to max" but it's not *that* easy. At some points you need to pay with billions larvae and a lot of jelly.

So I suppose the plan is to wait passively to reach a certain numbers of jelly, use all of it to max the larvae amount. Wait for jelly to get back to where you need it to be, repeat until you have enough larvae and jelly?

Yep, you need around 40000 larvae a second to get it within a day, which means mirror swarming a lot. Takes maybe 2-3 days of jelly on mirror swarms. And you don't max the larvae amount, that only gives you 40 minutes. By contrast, if you double your meadow things you can get 1.1* boosts repeatedly, which massively outweigh 40 minutes.

So I got to my nurseries being level 5 and have prestiged. I'm at 50.9k active pollen. I'm always debating when to buy more honey making bees vs meadow exploring bees. Like do you alternate? Focus on only one?
Like for example right now, world swarms may be the only bees that aren't limited by larvae production but by honey. So would it make sense to boost honey production while world swarms are limited by it?

Focus on honey production first, till honey no longer limits meadows (though do some meadow stuff) and then focus on meadows till you've mirror swarmed the world swarms up.

Thanks, very helpful. When did you usually prestiged? Like did you prestiged everytime you reached a certain amount of pollen? Or at some point you don't even prestige and keep doubling the meadow worker because it's better than prestiging and having to remake everything from scratch?

I don't prestige and keep doubling meadow once I have gotten all the upgrades. Prestiging just increases larvae, but it's faster to double. It's fairly easy to get 20 base larvae, and then takes a day to get 20* from doubling larvae, which means you get 4000 larvae a second which needs 40k prestige to get, which is very slow to increase. Once you reach the end game, prestiging becomes necessary again because it's faster than doubling.

Sorry for all my questions and thank you for all your answers. What do you consider the end game? Right now I have 50k pollen and 15.9M unused. I have 123 expansions of the meadow, I have 8.5 millions baroness so I'm close to having my first hive mind.

I guess not endgame because my meadow expansion number I can still see it tick like every 2-3 seconds so I guess I'm still not in a case where expanding the meadow is complicated?

The end game is when you get a hive mind. They can be doubled with honey, so after that prestiging becomes important again and your growth becomes exponential and you can push for infinity.

When you get to infinity remember that crashes the game values. Save up some value for a reset as I did so you don't lose your progress.

What do you mean by  "save up some value for a reset" after getting to infinity?
