This is easily the best game I have played in the jam till now! The concept is so cool, and the execution is brilliant! And I see so much scope here, I am telling you, you should expand this game post the jam, add fun mechanics, twists and variants. Reminded me of Pandemic! (It can even have a fun 2 player coop mode with multiple pills)
