This reminds me of the flash games I played growing up. Honestly the game loop is there. The art is funny and you've got an actual story with cut-scenes taking place. None of that is easy. I also really like how you did the credits screen. Game wasn't too difficult (which I think is good for a game jam). Overall I had fun!

Thanks so much for your feedback! If I ever make a steam version or just keep working on it, I’ll add difficulty settings (as opinions about difficulty are surprisingly mixed for multiple people I’ve talked to). The cutscenes were a lot of work, but thankfully I made a fully fledged text engine for a different project, so I could repurpose that! I’m glad you enjoyed it and thank you so much for playing! :D
