I Played this for too long... very addicting :)I found the later enemies frustrating since i felt like my choices didn't really matter.

Do you mean the timer that changes their moves was too hard to fight against with the cards?
I originally planned to have some better cards to pick from after each round which should've counteracted the difficulty going up
