That was pretty fun.
The delay made things interesting, although I admit that in the city level I gave up planning and just left it to luck/spamming because everyone was moving so fast.
A couple notes from me:
1) In the grass levels, I could actually place 4 fireworks, when the game said you are only supposed to be able to use 3.
2) I would suggest some slight rephrasing of the description of the game play. It wasn't clear to me that the fireworks shoot *up*, safely away from people on the ground. I thought "bring them joy" was sarcastic, and that we were just going to be shooting people with fireworks (which made me slightly uncomfortable to think about); but the actual gameplay isn't like that at all.

Oh, and do you know why it lags on the first shot of fireworks?
All the assets should be loaded when the game starts, so there should be a need to download extra stuff.
It's all smooth after that, so it's not that there is something wrong with the fireworks themselves.
I can't figure out why it happens.
