With my two favourite games being The Return of the Obra Dinn and the Ace Attorney series, I was very excited when I learned this was a detective game. The story was great, the game looked great and the UI was very simple to understand. My only issue would be, that the game tells the player where the contradiction is and the last step could be boiled down to seeing, who has all of the three criteria filled out. I think giving the player room to think about the case for themselves would make the ending much more rewarding, but on the other side, I see how this being a jam submission, it's better to make it a bit easier, so that anyone can enjoy it. Overall, I enjoyed it quite a lot and it's one of the best games I have played so far this year. Great job!

Very high praise there, especially since you've played The Return of the Obra Dinner and the Ace Attorney series!
I'm really glad you enjoyed it, it seems like this game may have been made for you!
The issue of simply seeing the evidence I do agree with, the main reason for that system is time. If it wasn't obvious that you had enough evidence, then the accused option showing up could seem arbitrary. If I had the accused button for everyone always active, then it would mean you'd have to be able to submit any evidence to anyone, which I didn't have time to implement.
I am glad you enjoyed it though!
