Yea I was able to run it fine. I think that windows throws a fit whenever you try and run an executable from an unknown source. You should be able to get around it by clicking "more info" and then "run anyway". Its good to be cautious but I believe itch.io does check for malware and malware in a game jam would be sniffed out pretty quick so you're pretty safe.
