Nice concept , while ambitious for a jam you executed it perfectly.
Its fun to walk around with your army see them fight , explore and feel like the leader. It takes the quick enjoyable mechanics from classic strategy and moba games and combines them in a smart way.
Was impressed we could build as wel and with the animations and polish it all has. You balanced effort very intelligently and the final game stands as a solid whole nicely.
One thing for me , I find its really fast from the start though would be nice to be able to explore it more casually in the beginning (maybe make a big starter island ?) Then again im one of those 30 apm players that think that can compensate with pure strategy xD
