An interesting game, I'll have to come back and try again later with a fresher mind. It was quite interesting to look around the house and try and find things in the places I could turn on the lights. The basic mechanics of, clean up the area, work well for the story and give a good reason for why you need to explore the area. I only got to cutting up all the grass before I had to stop (IRL reasons). So I would like to come back and see about getting a actual ending at least later.

That said, I has two issues that made thing difficult and I hope it was more something I missed. I found it very hard to see anything in the house because of the relative light levels, and only a few places has light fixtures that some what helped. The other issue I had is, I suspect, just game jam optimization issues where the game started lagging heavily, running at 1/2 or less speed. Not sure if either are local issues though, again why I would like to try again another day, time permitting.

Hey, thanks for playing!

The light level in the house *is* quite dark, yes; it needs some more adjustment. As for the lag issues, also true. There is a graphics quality switch though, you can press O to cycle between settings - please try if it helps alleviating the lag...

Well, I gave it another try and even with the low graphical setting, I still got some lag, not as bad though. I did manage to get to the basic ending after cleaning up everything, but could not fid where to use the secret key, probably because of the light levels sadly.

One key opens the attic (admittedly on a bit of a dark surface), and the other opens the back (garden) door - the latter is required to go for the secret zone :)
